Get IV ozone treatment with UBI (ultraviolet blood irradiation) administered safely and comfortably with one of Denver’s most experienced infusion teams.
Your body’s immune system is an expert at healing, but it can still be overwhelmed by bacteria, viruses, or other harmful microorganisms — especially if you’re already run down from chronic inflammation or illness. Fortunately, IV ozone therapy can help give your immune system a boost and increase your body’s ability to heal itself.

At our center, we’ve been providing ozone therapy safely for years. All treatments are administered by our veteran team of Registered Nurses, and our infusion center is owned and operated by an MD.
We typically recommend IV ozone therapy as part of a larger integrative care plan for immune health. A personalized care plan might include lifestyle interventions like diet, sleep, and stress reduction in addition to other traditional and holistic treatments.
Please note: Prior to receiving High-Dose Ozone Treatment you must have labs drawn to review G6PD levels and ensure your safety. We recommend calling us for a quick phone consultation (no charge) to discuss before scheduling. Low-Dose Ozone and ozone insufflation treatments are available without labs.
Ozone is a colorless gas made up of three oxygen atoms, and it has been used for decades in various medical applications due to its potent antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
IV ozone therapy is a medical treatment that involves infusing ozone gas into the bloodstream using an intravenous (IV) catheter. The goal of this therapy is to increase the oxygenation and circulation of the blood, which can help improve immune function and treat various health conditions.
During an IV ozone treatment, a small amount of blood is temporarily removed using an intravenous catheter and mixed with medical-grade ozone. This helps increase the oxygenation levels of your blood, kills off pathogens like bacteria and viruses, and helps stimulate your immune system naturally — without medication or chemicals.
Please note: although it is harmful to inhale ozone, ozone blood therapy is incredibly safe and non-toxic.
Here is world-renowned family physician and 15-time New York Time’s best-selling author Dr. Mark Hyman sharing his own personal experiences using ozone therapy to recover from a C. difficile infection that led to colitis and severe gastric dysfunction. Dr. Hyman is a senior advisor for the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine and finds that ozone is safe, well-researched, and often works for his patients when nothing else does.
At our center, we combine IV ozone therapy with ultraviolet blood irradiation (UBI). This means your ozone therapy session includes exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light to further help stimulate the immune system and fight off infections.
During a treatment session, a small amount of blood is temporarily removed using an intravenous catheter and mixed with medical-grade ozone. The blood is also exposed to UV light before it’s re-infused back into the bloodstream. The combination of ozone and UV light creates reactive oxygen species (ROS) that can help kill off pathogens like bacteria and viruses while also stimulating white blood cells in the immune system.
Ozone insufflation treatment is a type of ozone therapy that does not involve an IV. Instead, ozone is administered directly into an orifice of the body.
During an insufflation session, ozone is created through a medical ozone generator and captured in a medical-grade ozone bag that has been designed for this purpose. The ozone is then released from the bag and delivered into the body. Depending on the ailment being treated as well as your preferences and the intensity of the treatment you’d like, the ozone can be delivered in the ears or nasal canal (less intense) or it can be done rectally or vaginally where higher ozone amounts can be delivered.
Similar to IV ozone therapy, ozone insufflation can help kill harmful viruses and bacteria in the body, as well as increase circulation and speed up healing time. Further, ozone-infused air can be used to reduce inflammation, improve mental clarity, promote cell regeneration, and boost overall immune system strength.

There is tremendous confusion over the safety of ozone. The basis of the confusion is that when inhaled, ozone can’t be processed properly by our lungs and this is dangerous. However, no ozone is supplied to the lungs during ozone treatment.
Whether you receive ozone blood therapy or ozone insufflation treatment at our center, both are extremely safe. These treatments are among the safest you’ll find out of any medical intervention.
Ozone therapy helps support the immune system by stimulating the release of cytokines, which are signaling molecules that help regulate immune responses.
Additionally, ozone therapy has been shown to increase the production of white blood cells, particularly neutrophils and lymphocytes, which are important components of the immune system. These cells help identify and destroy foreign invaders such as viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. Ozone is effective against a wide range of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa.
