We’re so excited to share the latest episode of the “Let’s Be Real — Mama Journeys” podcast with you, featuring our very own rockstar integrative practitioner, SJ Struckmeyer.

SJ is our center’s expert on all things pregnancy, early motherhood, and women’s health, and also provides integrative wellness services. But prior to her training in integrative and functional medicine, SJ  worked extensively in both hospital and natural birth environments — even the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). She is also a mother herself, and in the episode she focuses on some of her deepest motherhood challenges as well as some of her most hard-fought insights.
