Interpersonal therapy examines relationships and social roles to strengthen support systems and improve communication and social functioning.
IFS heals trauma and resolves inner conflicts by unburdening and harmonizing the self and its subpersonalities.
Trauma-focused therapy helps safely process and resolve traumatic memories using tailored modalities like EMDR, somatic therapy, and art therapy.
Person-centered therapy creates a judgement-free space for self-exploration and actualization through empathic, unconditional positive regard.
SFBT enables positive change by building solutions and setting achievable goals oriented toward a preferred future.
We realize getting started with talk therapy and counseling can be daunting. Call us at (720)222-0550 for a free 15-minute consultation and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.
With many types of therapeutic approaches available, it can be challenging to know which option is best suited for your needs. Our experienced providers are here to guide you in selecting the optimal form of psychotherapy for you.
During your initial consultation, we’ll have an open discussion to understand your mental health history, symptoms, struggles, strengths, goals, and values. This informs our therapeutic recommendations.
Key factors we consider include:
Your primary condition, issues, or diagnoses
Level of support needed and treatment intensity desired
Modalities you may respond to best based on past experience
Whether medication management should be integrated
Options that align with your goals, worldview, and personality
Practical considerations like time commitment and cost
Our aim is to match you with the therapy modalities and providers that feel like the perfect fit. We’ll explain how various options work so you can make an informed choice. You are in control of the therapies you engage in.
Whether you’re located in Denver, Englewood, Centennial or other surrounding Colorado communities, we’re here to support you.
