Ballen Medical & Wellness is proud to be a self-pay clinic. This enables us to spend more time with you and provide better care — including same-week availability in many cases.

Although we don’t accept insurance for most services, we do work with FSA and HSA accounts and offer superbills to help with insurance reimbursements. We also offer financing options (up to 24 months) through Care Credit.

In addition, Cynthia McKay currently works with a select number of Medicaid patients (for psychotherapy services only) in regions 3 & 5, with more regions coming soon.
